Eureka! We Are Here.

       My brother Nick and I are at Moonstone Beach, Trinidad CA. This is right down the street from where my mom lives It is a beautiful day which I'm told is very rare. The water is freezing all year, but surfers don full wet suits and dive right in, brrrrrr! This area of California has gigantic redwood trees a rugged coast and six rivers that all roar into the sea.

Carmel Valley

We have a friend from Old Tappan who resides in beautiful Carmel Valley. It's About 100 miles south of San Francisco so we stopped in to say hello.

Los Angeles City Hall

Happy New Year! We are now in Northern California with My mom. Our trip through California was quicker than intended, but it could not be helped. I will give you a few highlights.

 The traffic in Los Angeles would scare the most die hard of commuters. It took us three hours to travel 60 miles!  This is where I was born and I have terrific friends here. I wish I could have spent more time before moving north.
